I started Kiwi Craft Kitchens after years working as a cabinetmaker. I’ve always loved the hands-on side of the job — measuring up, problem-solving, and building something solid that’ll last. But I also saw how stressful kitchen projects could get when the communication wasn’t clear or the planning was rushed.
These days, we’re a small team of cabinetmakers, designers, and installers who take real pride in our work. We’re based in Auckland and help homeowners turn tricky spaces into practical, good-looking kitchens — ones that suit how you live, cook, and gather.
Our process is straightforward. We come out, listen to what you need, take accurate site measurements, and design something that works. Because we build our own cabinetry, everything fits properly, and we’ve got control over the quality from start to finish.
We use proper materials and only locally supplied.

I contacted Anatoly to build a customs cabinet to house a Schweigen 90cm remote motor rangehood. Anatoly made time to meet me to see the drawings and ask all the right questions. He put up with my amateur DIY ideas to delivered the cabinet in time as I requested. The cabinet fitted perfectly. Reply: I really appreciate you taking the time to leave this review. Guys did a great job. We had a small kitchen project, but with a few limitations which required a custom design. We had it quoted with 3 different companies, but decided to go ahead with Kiwi Craft. First, the guys built us a 3D model so that we could visualise the final result and change a few things before the production stage. Anatoly has been very patient and accommodating throughout the process. Love our new little kitchenette! We had a small but tricky project — there was a concrete block under the old kitchenette that had to be removed, and the new space ended up much smaller than standard. Plus we we a metal pole in the middle which can not be removed. Anatoly from Kiwi Craft did an amazing job. I was really impressed that they kept their word: the kitchenette was installed exactly on the agreed date, and the benchtop was even installed earlier.
