We started as a small team building transportable tiny homes and have grown into now providing a large range of standard plans, custom builds, and flatpack kitsets across NZ. Getting into sites that are difficult and challenging.

We saw a need for honest builders, smart design, and clear communication — so we built a business that delivers just that.

We work with a close-knit crew of builders, designers, and project managers who love what we do. We bring decades of hands-on experience, straight-up advice, and a real commitment to building small homes that work for real Kiwi lifestyles from 15sqm to 108sqm plans.
