Luke recently worked on replacing our old hot water cylinder. The old cylinder was tucked away inside a cupboard with a door frame too narrow to get it out. Luke was able to carefully dismantle the old cylinder and took it out piece by piece without needing to remove the door frame. This was not an easy task and we appreciate Luke's effort in getting this done. The new cylinder is now installed outside which has provided us with additional cupboard space. We were impressed with Luke's service. He was able to fit us in on short notice and conducted a thorough inspection when quoting the job. Everything was done on time and within budget at a reasonable cost, and the whole job was neat and tidy from start to finish. Luke was professional, efficient, and clearly knows his trade inside out. Luke's friendly service and great communication throughout the job also made it such a smooth and stress-free process. We would highly recommend him to anyone needing plumbing work done.
