Wayne, a dual trade-qualified professional in both Carpentry (LBP) and Metal Fabrication Engineering, brings over 30 years of experience in engineering, carpentry, and both small and large scale construction. His two trade expertise provides us with the ability to offer a more versatile, efficient streamlined service, covering more aspects of your project under one roof.
Our Architectural Designer, B Arch, LBP (Licensed Building Practitioner), and Certified Passive House Designer, works alongside Wayne in the design process. This tight-knit collaboration ensures a seamless integration between design and build, resulting in a more efficient and cost-effective project from the very start. Having both the builder and designer working together from the early stages of a project is a rare advantage that leads to better design and economic outcomes and smoother execution.
