We are a Dunedin based building company that was established by Michael Scott. Michael is a qualified, licensed builder with over 11 years’ experience working in Dunedin.
This family business brings a wealth of experience and passion to your building project. At Michael Scott Building we feel communication is central to getting the best job done and we enjoy involving the clients in all aspects of the building process.
We can assist you with any renovation work, including kitchens, bathrooms, interior modifications and exterior alterations. We have extensive experience completing various different outdoor living spaces, including decks, retaining walls, sheds and pergolas.
