From the beginning, Ben was very professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. His attention to detail was impressive, and he took the time to work through even the smallest imperfections instead of rushing through the job. Absolutely incredible job on my 2012 Subaru Legacy. It was pretty dirty upon purchase and Novo made it look literally brand new. I have no clue how he did it, but magic was accomplished.
