Core Service – Exterior Soft Wash: Uses safe, biodegradable detergents suitable for pets, landscaping, and sensitive materials. Cleans all exterior cladding, soffits, barge boards, gutters, windows, and joinery. Follows ECIA Best Practice Guidelines, recognized by Dulux and New Zealand Steel.

Purewash System: Eco-friendly, NZ-designed system using purified water—no soap, zero environmental impact. Leaves glass and surfaces spot-free without residue or need for squeegees. Can use hot water for enhanced cleaning.

Commercial Drone Cleaning & Roof Treatments: In a joint venture with SkyReach Limited, we can offer CAA-approved drone cleaning for high-rise and roof projects. Drones handle large payloads for efficient, safe, and thorough cleaning. Includes tethered drones for hard-to-reach areas, reducing need for scaffolding. All operations comply with strict safety and regulatory standards.

Pest Control Treatments: Delivered by fully certified, PMANZ-registered technicians. Custom pest management plans; spider treatments are most common.
Treatments are timed based on contamination level (before or after cleaning).
Services comply with EPA regulations and are recognized by councils and government agencies.

Hard Surface Cleaning: Includes cleaning of concrete paths and driveways.
Uses rotary pressure cleaning to remove dirt, algae, and debris while protecting surfaces.

Moss, Mould & Lichen Treatments: Specialised treatments applied to eliminate moss, mould, and lichen. Solution works over time, maintaining surface integrity and appearance.
