I gave Gaby a call when my hot water cylinder burst on Christmas Eve, and she was awesome. She showed up promptly, did a super tidy job, and charged a fair price considering it was right before Christmas! She took the time to explain my different options instead of just doing it her way, which I really appreciated. In the end, I went with her suggestion to move the cylinder outside, which has given me an extra cupboard for storage, it feels like an upgrade rather than a replacement. Really appreciate you coming out on a holiday and being so cool, professional, and easy to deal with. I’ll be recommending Pink Plumbing to everyone from now on.
