Tiring of translucent windows in my Auckland Westcoast home, I contacted Washbros and recieved an instant quote and booking date. Arriving on-site at the agreed time, the two brothers, each armed only with a bucket and squeegy, went to work on the interior and exterior respectivly. I had an airport run so I left them to their toil. I home arrived several hours later only to discover that some low-life thief had removed every glass panel in the house! What a shock! And then a second shock when I face planted into the slider. The glass was so clean it looked like it wasn't there. So my recommendation; hire Washbros immediately if you have a house full of dirty windows. You won't regret it. They will 'come oot right away eh'. Professional, excellent communications, honest and hard working is how I would summarise our Washbros experience. I sent a quote requests to 3 different suppliers and Washbros got back to me within 3 hours while the others came back around 24 and 48 hours. They were around to our home in a flash did a walk around together and gave us a quote on the spot. They not only looked at our windows but the frames, sills, shutters or anything that encased the glass we were cleaning. We recently had double glazed windows put in and winter and a new puppy had taken the new gleam of them. We have a 3-story home with over 90 glass panes and frames and had both inside and outside cleaned. The end result is superb and continues to be clearer and cleaner than when we had the new windows put in. The glass looks invisible and the price was more than a fair exchange for flawless clean glass, sills and frames. We will be using them on a 6 monthly basis as other cheaper priced window cleaners we’ve used have never given us a result like this. Washbros magicians is what they are! Reply: Thanks so much, Vena!
