I was brought up pretty old school. I believe a handshake still means something, and I treat my word the same way. If I tell you I’ll be there, I’ll be there. If I say I’ll get something done, consider it done.

You won’t get the hard sell from me. Just honest advice, straight answers, and quality workmanship. If something needs fixing, I’ll tell you. If it doesn’t, I’ll tell you that too. I’d rather build a reputation for honesty than one built on making a quick dollar.
