If I could vote for zero stars, I would. Sam asked for my home details so he could book me in. When I didn't hear back from him two days later, I texted him to ask if he got the window measurements - he said that I never confirmed. Now he is avoiding me altogether. Such a waste of time.

Sam was great to deal with, quoted on Monday he had the job done and dusted on Tuesday. Fast response, friendly service, easy to talk to, awesome service, affordable pricing, (doesn't break the bank) and took my broken glass rubbish. Rang Sam on Friday late arvo, he texted the quote and had the glass replaced the next morning (Saturday). Sam was efficient, on time, no mucking around, friendly and the glass was a decent size too. I had fixed an appointment based on his availability for a Monday morning at 10 am to fix my broken home window glass at Glen Eden. I travelled all the way from Papatoe which is my residential place to Glen Eden to reach well before 10 am. He doesn't turn up, doesn't text me, doesn't inform me at all. I text him numerous times only for him to tell me he is caught up at another so called small job and to wait for him. He eventually never turns up, never informs me and couldn't be bothered to reply to my texts as to when he would turn up. I waited and wasted the whole morning and early afternoon for nothing, disrupting my schedule and only to feel frustrated before I return home all the way back to Papatoe. Up till now, no apologies, no explanations. Unprofessional, unreliable. Will never engage him unless you are looking for someone to waste your time and mess your schedule.

Our dog accidently broke one our lounge windows whilst playing and of course, it had to be on a Friday evening so we were in abit of a panic. We got in touch with Sam and he responded very quickly and was at our home within 10mins. He was super quick, kind and efficient and the price was great! We're so happy he was able to help us. We will definitely be in touch again if we need any other windows fixed. Would definitely recommend to everyone!
