After recently purchasing a new property we required a heat pump service. Wanting a local company to complete the work & after seeing the recommendation from another client on a local group page we reached out to Bay Breeze Heatpumps via email. Calum responded in a timely manner (even though was overseas) and a booking was made when required. Calum turned up when stated and listened to us regarding our needs. He asked thorough questions to identify an issue we had raised. He completed the work and the site was left clean and tidy. A novel I know, but we are quick to call out the negative and never the positive. We would highly recommend Bay Breeze hearpumps to friends, family and colleagues.
