Great service from this company. Callum came exactly as requested for two appointments and he was accommodating with our time frames which did change due to the weather. Callum was professional, helpful and friendly he came up with a good solution to a previous installation drainage issue and he was able to complete this all on site on the day he re -installed the heat pump.
