Noisy Fujitsu aircon unit - Bethlehem Tauranga

One of my two Fujitsu AOTR12LFC outdoor aircon units has become generally noisier – from 66 decibles to about 80 decibles. It's not clear what's causing the increase in noise, but it sounds more like a diesel compared to a petrol engine. The unit is about 8 years old with average use, mostly heating.

Draft coming into the house through the wood burner chimney

There is a heavy draft coming into the house through the wood burner chimney. I have attached a picture. Draft is coming through the gap between the flu and the steel plate. It gets really cold inside the house even if the fire is going on. Please help. Cheers, Sukant
