Fantastic communication before and during service. I was shown all parts that were broken and new parts used. Gave advice when asked. Was no problem when asked to work around my work hours. Didn't charge any extra for this or no extra charge to travel from Papamoa to Te Puke, solve my problem immediately, wrote a report for the insurance company on the same day.
