Keen Builders Ltd is a residential renovation building company servicing the Kapiti Coast & Wellington region we work on all sizes of building projects. Led by myself a qualified Licensed Building Practitioner with over a decade in the renovation trade and experienced builders by my side, we pride ourselves on clear communication, tidy sites, and high-quality workmanship from start to finish.
We regularly carry out kitchen and bathroom renovations, structural alterations, joinery work, re-cladding, decks, and general maintenance. We’re experienced at diagnosing issues such as leaks, rot, and water damage, and we focus on fixing problems properly—not just covering them up.

Brae from Keen Builders does very professional work and is very friendly to deal with. He is very knowledgeable, hard-working, efficient and effective, while providing great advice. Our 100 year old Railways Cottage is looking much better with a new porch deck, weatherboards replaced and sash windows repaired. The scribers and mitre joints are very precise and the work done is very reasonably priced. A bit more painting and she'll be looking good for another ten years! Thanks Brae!
