Tai and his team did a great job with replacing the roofing and spouting on our house. Tai was more than happy to make the time to visit and sight the job on the weekend that I made contact. Through the process, Tai communicated well with dates and timeframes and the most important thing to my wife and I was that Tai turned up when he was supposed to and did what he said he would do. I would’ve recommend Tai and his team to anyone’s without hesitations.

Tai's team did a great job to re-roof my place. He came to do the quotation quickly after our discussion and provided quotation promptly. Some of other roofing companies only does quotation based on google map image, which is less professional in my view. He recommended the quality material rather than offer cheap but less quality alternative. Tai also patiently answered all my questions regarding the quotation. The work started quickly once quotation is accepted. The team did good job in 3 days and site left nice and tidy each day. After the work completion, I had good inspection and there are a couple of small things that I point to Tai and he quickly took action to make them perfect. I am really impressed for the customer service he provided. One thing Tai told me is he want his work to be perfect and his team proud of the work they do. Well done Tai and keep the good job.
