Hi, we are a family business that has been operating for over 60 years servicing Auckland wide with a great team of experienced glass and aluminum tradesmen. North Shore Glass specialises in all things glass from broken windows and pet door installations through to frameless glass and shopfront repairs. The receptionist that I spoke to had poor customer service skills and spoke in a lethargic tone. I called them asking for a quote to get a window fixed and secured as a result of a home burglary. I receive a call later that day from the glazier stating that they are on their way - not to inspect/provide a quote but to fix the window? I was only given an hour's notice before their arrival. Glaziers wouldn't provide a quote and kept telling me 'got to talk to the office girls' when I tried to get an estimate. I get a call a few days later to provide contact details so that I could be sent the invoice - at this point I still do not know how much I'm required to pay. The lady I spoke to was clearly trying to dodge answering my questions and respond in a way that she could end the call asap eg. 'We'll send in the invoice in a few days ok thanks bye' - Poor customer service and attitude from receptionist when booking a visit/quote - Was not provided a quote when they arrived. I should also mention they sent two people? - Person I spoke to a few days later was just trying to palm it off as another department's problem I just wanted someone to advise me on the process with more than just an attempt to shrug it off as someone else's responsibility.
