About

Hi, I'm Tom from Bultema builders, I've been in the building game for over 20 years having completed dozens of new builds, as well as lots of renovations, extensions, kitchens, bathrooms and the a few outdoor entertaining areas and pools area.
Sam, my apprentice, and I are passionate about our trade and are a great team together having completed some great projects together in the north shore and Rodney areas, and especially in our home town Mahurangi.
Over the years we have made great connections with other subbies and have a great trade network. We have also built good relationships with the local merchants and have got their pencil's as sharp as possible, thus making us extremely competitive in both price and service, whilst delivering nothing but the best quality.

Snell's beach pool area

A Beautiful concrete pool area finished in "Mohaka" glass pebble screed and paved in real quartzite stone pavers. We dealt with everything including: Planning architectural drawings engineer's design and calculations council submission and building consent retaining excavation pool build tiling paving electrical plumbing drainage carpentry landscape design and planting code of compliance
