Remove garden rubbish

The work involved removing garden rubbish which includes disposing the soil and any concrete which might be in there. Before quoting and starting the job - they did complete due diligence however after digging for some time they started re-negotiating the price saying there is more concrete than expected. They took most of the concrete (they said they paid $350 for 1.5 ton of concrete) and just dispersed the clay soil in the garden. Incomplete/untidy/needs to be redone/unprofessional job.
