Fifteen years ago, we identified a significant gap in the market for a machine capable of quickly and effectively grinding large areas. This realization led to the birth of our business, dedicated to transforming ordinary concrete into extraordinary polished concrete floors.

Our team is led by Glen Strongman, alongside our manager Dion, who brings over 25 years of experience in the flooring trade. Our foreman Scott, a true expert in concrete floors, leads our workers with a lifelong passion and deep knowledge of the craft.

But we don't just do diamond polished concrete – we also offer a vast range of services including epoxy flooring, bush hammering to add non-slip to outdoor areas, flake flooring and channel cutting/ concrete shaving. We have a branch that covers the North Island, and another based in Queenstown.

Totally disappointed!! Didn’t even vacuum before laying final coats and there was dust everywhere,and they could have at least removed they’re own masking tape. What a shambles, we are now seeking out another firm to fix there mess. Beware. Reply: We are sorry that you were not happy with our work. Just some facts: You were trying to renovate an old house, you had very old concrete, the concrete was far too soft, weak and porous to attempt to diamond polish - it was simply not possible to polish - it crumbled apart as we were trying to deal with it. We feel we went overboard to try and get the result you wanted - a polished floor - with the poor condition of the concrete you had - the best we could do was to seal it with multiple coats of topical sealer (normally we do 2 - we did 4) and then grind it, so you could have an aesthetically pleasing “faux” polished floor. We are not in control of the concrete you have. We can only work with what is there. Not only did our staff manage to grind and seal your floor, we also did an extra area for no charge. We offered to dust mop out, but you declined. Yes, we left the tape as it needed to be down for the last seal coat to go off, yes, we could have come back a day or two later to remove, but we had already been back to site 3 times more than we allowed for in our quote. Should we have made it 4 to remove a little tape? yes, probably, so our apologies for that. We stand by our quotes and do not charge for the extra time involved in getting you a beautiful floor. Our company policy is that a quote is the price we charge no matter what we encounter. We would also like to make you aware your original floor coating was lead base paint that we removed for you, and we were forced to work around your asbestos floor lino. Your last conversation with our staff was that you were happy given what you had to start with. There is no mess to fix. We wish you all the best. From the time Andrew arrived to quote I felt comfortable. The job was promptly scheduled. The guys that attended were awesome. I was kept informed of the steps and they delivered a product I cannot fault. In fact, my floor is a big WOW! I could not be more pleased with the floor. Top service and highly recommended.
