Jay from Suntrol did an excellent job with our window tinting and made the whole process very easy from start to finish. We chose the V14 and V28 films primarily for added privacy and heat reduction, and they’ve delivered exactly what we were hoping for — the home feels noticeably cooler and we now have a much greater level of privacy. Jay was responsive throughout and answered all of our questions quickly and thoroughly. He was also very patient while we worked through options. Once we confirmed we were proceeding and paid the deposit, he came out promptly to measure the windows himself and brought samples so we could see the films in person before finalising our choice. Installation was scheduled and completed just two days later. The work itself was quick, taking only 2 hours to complete 4 windows (14 panes), and was carried out in a very professional and tidy manner. Overall, it was a smooth, efficient experience and the result has made a real difference to the comfort of our home. I’d happily recommend Jay to anyone looking for high-quality window tinting and reliable service.
