We are based just off the motorway at Takanini, and while mainly focused on the greater-Auckland area, we have often remained competitive on various jobs throughout the North Island, from Whangarei, to New Plymouth and several projects in Wellington

Specsavers Northwest full defit

Complete defit of the retail space, all ceilings, shopfront, partitions and floor coverings. Patch and plaster walls at completion, and grind floor ready for new shop fitout. This one was a little tricky, as its not a big shop so we had to be very methodical about how and when we dismantled the various components, or we'd fast run out of room...! The other challenge was getting the rubbish out, 250m away to the loading dock, over gloss black tile floors. We ended up rolling out floor protection at 4am every morning through the mall to eliminate wheel marks and dust.

Lion HQ Defit, Freemans Bay, Auckland

Its not often that you need to demolish a house inside a building... But when Lion moved out of their Freemans Bay offices, they left behind a very unique fitout..! Bungalow components were carefully removed and donated to local builders for reuse on the many surrounding houses in the same style.
