I found Marius conduct to be dishonest and thoroughly unprofessional. Despite an initial deposit, Marius never commenced the work. He cited injury as an excuse for the delay, and when I requested a refund due to his failure to start the project, he came up one after another lame excuse and has not returned my deposit. Therefore, I strongly advise against hiring this individual and urge builder’s crack to remove him from your platform to protect other customers.

WARNING TO CUSTOMERS. Marius did complete some other work. Part 3 of the work he was going to start, we paid him 75% of the total amount he requested. BIG RED FLAG, as 50% is only ever required. We contacted Marius & cancelled the job, as it was not going to satisfactorily fix the problem (after we sort professional advice). He agreed to give us our $8,006.00 back. No money has been received after weeks of trying. He has lied to us, not using it for our job, but admitting he paid company taxes.
