If you value communication and good workmanship, then Brandon at Olympus Roofing is your guy. I got many quotes from other roofers for my full roof replacement, but what made Brandon stand out was his prompt communication and his willingness to build a relationship with me as a customer. (E.g. offering to meet me at 7am before work so we can talk face to face before I decide on contracting him). It’s surprisingly difficult to get good communication with other roofers, despite the fact you’re about to hand over thousands of dollars for a roof replacement - hence why Brandon stood out. My roof also had asbestos, which Brandon was able to organise removal with a subcontractor for a reasonable price. Brandon was also able to accomodate for some annoying last minute adjustments that I wanted to an office room. Though he happily agreed to the adjustment despite the increase in the scope of work. It was a pleasure doing business with you Brandon. Best of luck, and I look forward to using your services again in the future. I definitely recommend, A+++ (In one of the photos you can see the old rusty roof, and the new beautiful colorcote roof).
