Phil at1st Class Construction rebuilt the master bedroom in my home. He did an awesome job. He talk me through the different options and advised me on the best one for my place in order to keep the integrity of my 1930's house. Highly recommended.

Last year Phil replaced some rotten boards on the side of our house. While at the property, he was able to assist with an unplanned leak in the roof. Phil found the leak and subsequently repaired this along with replacing the damp wall & damaged door. We found Phil to be very friendly, had good communication and was reasonably priced. We are very happy with the work completed. Would highly recommend.

Phil's knowledge and ability to cater to a clients breif is fantastic and is also able to adjust on the fly while also providing alernatives to better acheive the affect I was after. He works hard, provides good value and gets results and takes great pride in his work. There are a lot of cow boys out there and Phil is certainly NOT one of them and nor does he suffer them. Would 100% recommend him for both a new build and alterations/fixing things.
