hi, i have been in the building industry for 20 years plus from prenail to detailing and now a qualified builder specializing in shed building and flashing work .happy to do decks and fencing as well and some small reno work .as my wife works full time as a civil structural engineer I do most of the drop off and pick ups of our 4 children under 9. So my hours are usually between 9am and 3pm with caching up on weekends or when my wife has a day off or works from home.i am also very handy when in comes to kitsets i.e. beds, BBQs, trampolines etc. and can drop my rate to meet your budget.
