I am a LBP with over 20 years experience in residential and light commercial building. From cafes and retail stores to multilevel residential renovations - we have the experience to take care of all aspects of the build for you.
We are a crew of 5 and specialize in renovations, alterations, and additions. Our sites are tidy, safe, and happy.

Respectful and tidy builders. Site/house always left tidy and clean at end of the day. A window and beam need ordering from different suppliers. I was kept up to date on delivery and work schedule. I'm very happy with work done and have no hesitation recommending them.

Peña and his team did a great job! We had a tricky piece of work to be done that also needed to be completed within a very tight deadline . Peña communicated with us every step of the way and met the deadline with a few days to spare. Peña and his team worked incredibly hard often over weekends and in all weathers. Patio area facelift

Thanks to the team for finishing work on our patio area. It was done in a timely way to a good standard. Pena provided sound advice when discussing different options on the phone. My only suggestion would be to discuss the project on site with the client where possible as it’s challenging to be specific about what is desired without having visual cues to refer to. Overall however I feel as though we made the best of what we had to work with.
