Structural Beam and Window Replacement

Looking for a builder to replace a cracked exposed beam and supply/install window. Beam is approximately 3700 x 300 x 90mm supporting second story. As this is structural, i guess it needs certification. Adjacent window is approximately 2400 x 1000mm, lower sill 1000mm AFL. Externally window is accessed from a conservatory, sill 1100mm AFL. Replacement with white powder coated double glassed unit, two top hung opening windows at each end @ 700mm wide each. Double tongue latches. May also consider replacement of other windows depending on cost. There may also be other remedial work associated with an upstairs bathroom that leaked in same area as window. Finish: Ready to paint. Quotation please so we know where we stand :)

Respectful and tidy builders. Site/house always left tidy and clean at end of the day. A window and beam need ordering from different suppliers. I was kept up to date on delivery and work schedule. I'm very happy with work done and have no hesitation recommending them.
