Roof Painting

The metal roof was fully cleaned to remove all dirt, mould, moss, and surface contaminants using appropriate cleaning agents. After thorough preparation and allowing the surface to dry, one full coat of undercoat was applied to ensure proper adhesion and protection. Finally, two coats of high-quality roof paint were applied to achieve a durable, weather-resistant finish.

Surface Protection & Interior Painting

All carpets, doors, and windows were fully masked to prevent paint splashes. Surface imperfections were filled and sanded. One coat of undercoat was then applied, followed by two coats of paint for a clean and consistent finish.

Garage Wall – Preparation & Painting

The garage wall was cleaned to remove all dirt and surface contaminants. After filling and surface preparation, one coat of undercoat was applied, followed by the final paint finish.

Front Entry Stairs – Cleaning & Painting

The front entry stairs were thoroughly washed using cleaning agents to remove all moss and surface contaminants. All flaking and cracked paint was then removed. After filling and surface preparation, one coat of undercoat was applied, followed by two coats of paint to achieve a clean and durable finish.

Bathroom

All loose and flaking paint was scraped back to a sound surface. After levelling and smoothing the area with filler, one coat of undercoat was applied. Finally, two coats of moisture-resistant bathroom paint were applied to ensure a durable and mould-resistant finish.
