GETTING RID OF CURRENT GARDEN

Workmanship could have been better, when mowing have to be careful as concrete n timber is exposed which was not removed at places. Paid 50%deposit @ halfway n was asked again remaining 50% 2 days later, I didn't pay as he had agreed remaining 50% was when job is completed. Took 9 days n another 3 days for bin to be removed, was quoted 2-3 days job.
