Bundena Repairs

Hi, Only respond if you can do this job this week - 16th Dec - 20th Dec. 3 things need to be done: 1) Laundry floor repair - The area marked has had water leak and the floor sunk (soft). Remove existing clip floor, put new ply and replace the damaged area. Install new vinyl (I will provide). The new vinyl will need to be glued with vinyl glue. For perspective, laundry size is 178cm x 165cm 2) Bedroom repair - The area marked has had water leak and the floor sunk (soft). Remove existing carpet nicely, put new ply and replace damaged area. Put the carpet back the way it was i.e. I will re-use the existing carpet. 3) Bathroom repair - remove existing vanity and cap the pipes. Replace the damaged wall (new GIB) where the hole is. There is access under the house if needed.
