External timber stairs

We have designed a plan for the client and once received his approval, we have made this wonderful stairs come to reality. Client had a 300mm 6m long piece of timber on his property that became a part of the new stair.

Retaining wall

We recently completed a retaining wall project in Pokeno. Despite challenges with clay soil and some setbacks with our post hole borer, we ensured the project stayed on track and delivered real value to our customer.

Carpark fence & signage

We recently completed a project for a client who needed a practical, budget-friendly fencing solution for their carpark. The brief was to create something simple, permeable, and functional, while also including a separate signage board for advertisements. The finished result was a 24-metre fence standing 1 metre above ground and connected with chains to maintain visibility. The biggest challenge came when digging the 12 post holes, each 500mm deep, as we encountered a large amount of concrete on site. With some persistence, we managed to get them all in place and complete the job in just two days. The client was left with a clean, durable, and cost-effective solution that perfectly suited their needs.

Boundary privacy fence

Project required to remove existing 15m fence between two properties and construct a new one.

Ensuring that there is no damage to lawn

All the waste got removed on the same day, no skip.

Concrete blockwall

Our customer had his old blockwall collapsed and we have come up with a cost effective way to make it good. Project had its own complexities such as inclement weather, clay soil behind the blockwall and deadlines. However, we have found a way to get things done and keep our customer happy.

GIB painting and patching

We have done some GIB painting and patching within 2 days as client was expecting to see guests on the same week. Tight schedule, but we were happy to accommodate the request and deliver on time. It took some afterhours at no extra charge and we were happy with the outcome.

Boundary paling fence and concrete path.

I am very pleased with Mandal Constructions work. They did the job quickly and adjusted when changes were required. The crew did a thorough clean up and make good, especially important on a boundary fence when neighbours are involved. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to others.
