Extremely disappointing experience with Grout and Tiles Home Renovation. During a quotation inspection, Akash carelessly broke one of my tiles and admitted it was his fault, assuring me he would replace it at his own cost. A week later, he backed out of the job and never fixed the damage. I was left with a broken tile and had to spend a couple of hundred dollars on repairs. No accountability, poor communication and highly unprofessional behavior.
