Workmanship- 4 given as not level on L) side (slide door). Window stuck opening and closing and needed to be adjusted by our builder friend. Communications- 4 given as quality control could've been better when installation completed but issue sorted promptly once Chirag informed. Otherwise happy overall with communications and job. Was also able to change design to my liking.
