My name is Steve and I am the Owner/Operator of GE Joinery & Maintenance Limited. I am a lone worker as a handyman completing repairs for local estate agents within Christchurch, sometimes my son (9 years old) comes to work with me to learn as he is very curious of my work and always wants to learn during the school holidays. I have a qualification in Carpentry and Joinery which I gained whilst living in the UK. I have been working as a handyman here in New Zealand now since March 2023 running my own business. Whilst working with local estate agents completing repairs for tenants as competitive as I can for the landlords, I have built up a good reliable reputation with them bringing me work on a regular basis and now am wanting to expand.
