Exellent service from go to whoa !.. Rang up in the morning and had plumber on site same day Needed that with a hot water leak going on. The young guys that came were really pleasant and curtious nothing was a problem for them.. Previous had phoned 3 plumbers in Paeroa and never got a call back...Keep up the good work guys...... I wanted to thank Charles, Shane and the team. After giving me an original date to do the work, they were able to bring that forward to the morning after I called. Charles was excellent in communication and customer service right from the first contact. Shane was on time, professional, and friendly. He even went above and beyond and cleaned up an area adjacent to the one he was working on. It was not a big deal - took him maybe 5 minutes, but it was the thoughtfulness that impressed me, and left it for me to find. I have no hesitation in recommending this business to manage any of your plumbing needs.
