Mike took the time to visit my property (at no cost) and measure the existing toilet seats as I needed to replace them (these were old model and not easy to find the exact replacement). I also asked him to fix some taps and provide a quote to install a new mixer in the kitchen. I received the quote a few days later, thought it was reasonable and decided to go ahead with everything. I found him to be professional and overall, I'm very satisfied with his work. Would highly recommend.
