Raj maintained excellent communication, came onsite as planned. Unfortunately, the work couldn't be done due to limitations of the existing hardware layout. Wasn't 100% happy as I still got charged with nothing getting done. I would call it an onsite quote instead of a completed work. I do appreciate the time and travel Raj took, so still agreed to pay him eventually. This is just something for you to be aware of in the future, ask questions before committing to an onsite appointment.
