Re-Roof, Weatherboard Replacement & Apron Flashing Replacement

Originally intended as a minor leak identification and repair job, this project ended up spanning two weeks. Despite being quite busy, we decided to lend a hand to our client to ensure that they could move their tenants in as planned. The end result was fantastic, leaving both parties exceedingly pleased. One of our clients approached us with a challenging project, stating that they desired to retain their present iron structure and only change or fix what we determined to be necessary. Despite understanding the difficulty involved in perfecting this project, we accepted the challenge. Ultimately, we achieved an outcome that satisfied both our team and the client. Leak I.D & Repair (Apron Flashing Installed)

A client approached us with a leaking roof and sagging structure. He requested our assistance in coordinating with the builder currently working on the property. We were thrilled to collaborate with the builder's team, who impressed us with their professionalism and expertise. Together, we resolved the leak issue and ensured the comfort and safety of the client's tenants. Another satisfying result for us!

Repoint Of Roof & Installations Of New Marley Classic Guttering

Our client reported three leaks in their property. Upon investigation, we discovered that two of the leaks were caused by tradesmen who had washed the roof nine months prior, causing damage. The third leak was the result of guttering becoming clogged and overflowing into the eve. We were able to address all three issues and prevent any future leaks by repairing the damaged to the tiles and replacing all the spouting around the property.

Back Trays, Aqua Seal's & Tree Removal

Our client was experiencing a frustrating roof leak, with no clear indication of its source. Upon accessing the roof, we discovered that trees had been growing all over it, causing damage to the flashings and rusting of the roof. In order to effectively address the issue, we removed the trees, cleaned the roof, and treated the rust. We then installed new flashings and aqua seals to prevent any future leaks. Thanks to our efforts, the job was completed successfully and our client was able to enjoy a leak-free roof once again.

Fixing Historic Leak On Apex Of Roof

Our client had a historic leak along the apex of their roof. To address the issue, we installed a custom ridge cap along the ridge, effectively stopping the leak.
