Technician was good, but when he turned up first time he couldn't complete job as he needed safety glass, this could have been ascertained when I booked in the job. Reply: Hi Daniel, sorry that we were unable to meet your expectation on this job. The regulations for determining the requirement of safety glass are fairly complex and often can not be ascertained over the phone. In your case the glass required was toughened safety glass to fit in the frame, this meant that a site measure was required before sourcing the required glass. This type of glass is cut and heat treated so can not be made until a measure is complete. As a team we could have done better in explaining this process to you. Thanks Daniel Moore Owner
