About

Hello. I've been building for some time and am competent in small non structural jobs. I can also paint jobs after my work has been done. Boxing, inserting steel/mesh and laying concrete is also a passion.

I have a good flatdeck truck so am able to transport new goods, demolition materials and general pick ups. Full range of tools available incl small concrete mixer.

Projects

Small balcony

The old balcony structure had rotted and slumped so a complete new treated timber subfloor was constructed and bolted to the existing concrete walls. Stainless steel brackets were used for longevity and recycled matai timber decking boards. Finished in Resene Grey Friars paint.

Timber fence

The old fence was bent and rotten so was demolished leaving an uneven join between two properties. A trench was dug and boxed so a one piece footing and nib wall could be poured with treated posts in place. Completed project finished in Resene Grey Friars.
