suspended tile and composite decking construction over waterproof membranes for terraces and balconies, along with installation over existing concrete or bare ground in conjunction with groundscrew foundations.

Options for engineered tiles allow construction of a level entry patio to be formed next to typical concrete raft house foundations, reducing site works and drainage requirements. Composite decking boards, or timber, along with artificial turf allow multiple design options.
