We used Renato from RNS Security Limited to install a Eufy camera security system at our new home. He was very professional, extremely patient and helpful, and did a great job with the installation. He also took the time to connect all the cameras and made sure we knew how to use the app and everything was working properly. Very nice guy and a pleasure to deal with. I used Renato to install some cameras outside our house. The service from Renato was excellent from start to finish. Great communication and very easy to deal with. Renato gave me practical solutions for what we wanted and took the time to explain his solutions. He arrived on time to begin the work and took the time to download all apps on our phones to show us how to use and get the most of the camera system. If you want excellent service and someone that takes pride in his work, then Renato is your man. I can highly recommend him.
