Bathroom wall tiling around bath and basin

Unfortunately the tradesperson left the bathroom and surrounding areas in an awful mess, there was grout and glue smeared into doorhandles, carpets, walls, black grout smeared everywhere on walls, bath tub which we had to clean up erery night after he left. Tiles are cut and mismatched angles and dont meet the surrounds evenly. The grout is missing in some areas and tiles dont match up. And the bath itself now has micro scratches that were caused by the tiler scraping the sides of the bath.
