Recently had some building and landscaping work done. While parts of the job came together well, there were also some disappointing aspects. Communication was inconsistent, and some of our decisions and requests were overlooked. Unfortunately, interactions with the owner were at times unprofessional and came across as disrespectful, which made the process more stressful than it needed to be. There were positives in the final result, but the overall experience could have been handled much better. Reply: Hi Yol B, Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We appreciate you acknowledging the parts of the project that you were happy with, and we’re sorry to hear that other aspects of the experience were frustrating for you. As the project progressed, the scope of works changed a number of times and there were ongoing discussions around costs and construction methods. Some of the requests made were outside of what would normally be considered standard practice, so we felt it was important to clearly explain potential risks and implications before proceeding. This was never intended to be dismissive, but rather part of our responsibility to ensure decisions were fully understood and documented to avoid issues for everyone later on. We acknowledge that these conversations may at times have felt difficult or stressful, and for that we apologise. Our intention throughout was to complete the work to the best possible standard while balancing client requests, practical considerations, and our professional obligations. We genuinely appreciate the opportunity to have completed the work and thank you again for the feedback, as it helps us continue improving our communication and processes moving forward.

Outstanding fence. They were professional, communicative, and completed the fence exactly on time. The craftsmanship was amazing sturdy, clean, and exactly as requested. I appreciated their attention to detail and willingness to answer all my questions. I’d give them a 5-star rating and highly recommend them to anyone needing a quality fence.

A family member needed a section cleared, leveled, garden and concrete waste removed and a large area sown in grass. Matt visited the site and Chris gave a detailed quote/ estimate. Communication was excellent. There delays outside their control due to rain and they kept us fully informed. The invoices were detailed and clear. The grass is now well established and the section is easy to maintain. The owner says visitors have been very impressed.
