Owner wanted extra parking space. Client wanted grass pavers

Blockhouse bay

For this project client wanted a block wall with pillars for front boundary and to install a driveway with 15kg of black oxide. Front boundary wall was built so that he could have some privacy and to ensure the gate guy had no issues with installing a automatic gate Driveway was install , channels and heights were created so no water pounds and flows away from the house.

Paeroa stone caddling

Install stone caddling, water proofing, all stone was hand crafted and chipped.

Access way/joal driveway

Scope of work was to setup and install concrete as per design. From putting in base preparations to placements of concrete.

DO NOT USE THIS TRADE ! Cowboy type, Quoted job appeared to be reasonable and outline material and labours required, but did not turn up on time to do the job , was waiting to get left over from other jobs then come over to lay hot mix, without given the proper preparation required the floor is badly cracked in less than 1 month time and it is worse than before repairs. it will needs to be redone. Tony refuse to come back to fix the problems and say his job has no warranty !!!

Some initial delays, however final touches have not been completed as promised within the co --- (removing wood, tool and putting soil in place). Have been in contact with Tony many times in which he says he will complete on several dates, but each time no show.
