With very competitive pricing I do Full or Part Renovations, House Repairs, Fencing , Landscaping etc. This has been a big part of my life for over 30 years, on my own homes and for managed Rental Properties.
I am currently transitioning into Automated Gate Installation Business with my own company. But I am still doing some smaller works like Part Interior Renos, Plastering repairs/ Painting and Exterior repairs. I repair and install smaller project Fences and Gates. I am skilled with my own Conc saw, Compactor and Conc Mixer and Chain Saw for smaller jobs. I replace Acrylic Liner Shower Units, repair the damaged floors, replace vanities etc.
My Airless Paint Sprayer is great for interiors and fencing alike.
I am also a Certified Fitter Welder, Currently Ticketed in Lo Hydrogen all position Steel Welding. I do Smaller Stainless Steel and Aluminium TIG welding jobs .
Public Liability Insurance (5 mil) covers all commercial, Residential and Hot Work like welding.
