Welcome to Eagle Eyes Built (EEB) – where our vast experience, quality of workmanship and - of course - our Eagle Eye for detail will see your house transform into the dream home you have always wanted.
My name is Alban Kalemi, and being the Owner of EEB I will be your direct point of contact throughout your project as I not only manage your renovation from start to finish but work daily on the tools myself in order to oversee each and every aspect as it is undertaken.
As for my background, having now lived and worked in New Zealand for the last 10 years I have been fortunate enough to have trained with and worked with some of the best in the Construction Industry.
Spending my first 3 years as a qualified BCITO working predominantly on wall and floor tiling, the next 3 years saw me headhunted for a prestigious waterproofing company where I extended my skillset to become the Team Leader on several large projects ranging from commercial center, Auckland University and MIT Manukau, to being part of the workforce on the Fonterra Building and Middlemore Hospital upgrades.
Having specialised in membrane waterproofing installation and meeting the specific deadlines and budget constraints that came with working on government tasks, my next role saw me sign on with one of New Zealand’s biggest residential and commercial landlords working solely on their portfolio consisting of over $4.5b.
As well as the hands-on tiling, building, roofing and waterproofing facets of the job, I was Project Co-ordinator for the majority of the full house and commercial building renovations, which saw me come into contact with, work alongside and build relationships with some of the best contractors and tradespeople Auckland has to offer.
Now with a decade of not only my own expertise but that of the best suppliers, contractors and tradesmen I know and trust beside me, Eagle Eyes Built is here to focus purely on your vision within a timeframe and budget that match in order to make that dream home of yours a reality.
