Had a different experience with Marcus .. One I definitely would not recommend. I Called PERL Electrical Napier after hours for an electrical issue I was concerned about. Marcus was quickly responsive and able to reassure me that the PowerPoint was safe overnight. He arrived early the next morning to replace the switches required. This was excellent speedy service and with his expert advice the night prior, it saved me an after hours call out fee in the evening. The repair job was done quickly, tidily and cost effective.
